1. Who can request deletion

Sellers can request deletion of their Khmer Market account and personal data at any time. Email your request to loekchanvatey@gmail.com.

2. What to include

Please include enough information for us to identify the correct Khmer Market account:

• Full name
• Khmer Market account email
• Optional phone number or seller profile name

3. Facebook Login users

If you used Facebook Login, removing Khmer Market from Facebook App Settings can revoke future access. To delete the Khmer Market account and stored data, you must also submit a deletion request to loekchanvatey@gmail.com.

4. What happens after verification

After verifying the request, Khmer Market will delete or anonymize the user's account, seller profile, listings, photos, videos, public contact information, and Facebook authentication connection. We may retain limited information that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.

5. Confirmation and support

After the request is processed, Khmer Market will send confirmation to the user's registered email. If we need clarification to protect the account, support may contact you using the information in your request.
